Since the game released they made a TRUCKLOAD of money ! Now theyve decided to move into newer larger offices and hire more staff, obviously that will effect that released update right correct ? No 1 saw it coming but it would have delayed any announced update.Īpprox roadmaps are all we frankly deserve. Weeks ago they said it with the nest intentions to deliver. Say this dev team around release said a big update was due this friday. Everyone knew instantly much had been left out and animations were spread actoss all large dinos seemingly due to time constraints.Īlot of things go wrong along the developmental road that no1 anticipared. The new Jurrasic Park game had to do that to meet its highly publicized release date that matched the movie. I even remember a user a few years ago threatened to actually bomb the dev studio.Īnother reason is if a published date is approaching they feel rushed to shortcut a few things to meet that date. Ive seen roadmaps saying Quarter 1,2,3,4 and the goals for those quarters and upon not delivering 100% for w/e reasons the vocal minority on the forukms goes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and starts the wildy speculative over emotional slander and outrageous lies. Ive been around awhile and there isnt 1 EA title ive ever know that wasnt accused of the most vile slanderous hurtful lies you can imagine. The number 1 reason is the community always takes any estimate as carved in stone and cant seem to accept delays happen. Published deadlines or even ETA's arent a good idea for several reasons. Imo a proper roadmap should also have some deadlines.ġ dog bites you when your 7 yrs old, you never forget and look at all dogs as if theyre 1 inch from biting you ? I’m willing to support the devs but I’d simply like to know if they intend to provide us (the customers) with a proper finished product in a couple of months or a couple of years. I wish I’ll get the chance to see the game shine. I generally stay away from Early Access games, but every once in a while amongst all the trash that ends up on the STEAM front store one manages to find an unpolished gem (like Factorio, or Battle Brothers) that needs some time and a few resources to become a diamond. I'm glad you took the time to read my comment a 2nd time. Think of all the puppy kisses and love and dedication you'll miss out from 100 other dogs.Īpologies if this came across harsh upon re-reading your comment you werent accusingthis game of going down the dayz road you only said you'd hate to see it go down that road.Īlthough that road is taking along time theres really nothing wrong with that road imonut thats a discussion for another forum lolĪpologies accepted.
If you think a completely different game from a completely different studio/team " could " do something another team did the issue its with this game its your personal demon to deal with.ġ gog bites you when your 7 yrs old, you never forget and look at all dogs as if theyre 1 inch from biting you ? I'd hate to see this game go Day Z on the community. Originally posted by Oizoo:I'm concidering buying the game in its current state.Īn ETA for future features would be greaty apreciated.
